A Soft Return

A Soft Return

 And so, after several months, I will once again share a few thoughts that stimulate thought in a few.  I thank those of you who have welcomed me back after several months of silence.  Please know, I am most prepared for a soft return filled with desirable purpose.  Once again, let us brighten our minds as we share whispering words which spark delicate and deepening meaning.  Together, let us travel for a few minutes each day and/or week and celebrate the gentle wisdom that is found in a "Peace" of Thought.

  Overcome   I take a sip, it’s smooth, it’s warm Then the window steals my thoughts Completely lost in the wretched storm The songbirds have been caught   Though not surprised, my cup in hand Shaking like torrential breeze Like strokes of lightening upon the land Illuminating ease   I spill a little, stain my sleeve of white Burning thoughts into my skin The sun no longer, clouds dark as night The rain begins to win   I close my eyes, to ten, inhale Then presence takes its place The air smells sweet, no longer stale Calm thoughts in my headspace   The heavy rain like music sings I sit back now mollified The storms exist as little things Answers come from deep inside   And so, I drink my cup of tea Songbirds are now released Each moment like leaves upon a tree Blusterous, and then find peace

Really Beautiful "To Tan" There is this beautiful woman. So lovely really, I wish you knew her. She is so thirsty for warm drops of pearl that will seep into her already softened heart, And hungry for mind-love, like large cardboard puzzle pieces that laugh. Her disease is extremely contagious, with a smile that spreads miles over humming forests. And if you could see her, hear her and love her thoughts, You would understand little. She falls deep into melody, with tones that spell passion. Her story is found in complicated words that have been spread throughout time. She hurts like no other, and this is the most important part For if you knew her well, you would see how she uses her tool. She selects based on weakness, and for them hides her own, She balances the wild adventurous search, with the steadiness of home ground. She bleeds when in need, and she shouts when she's done.
