Healing

Healing

There is a deep and distant whisper causing an uncertain feel, a sad and slightly lonely, growing sense of shrinking away.  Away from the light and shrinking from the energy that keeps me sheltered and warm.  Warm with the softest strong arms that have continuously held tight. Tight and then somewhat decisively, slowly releases each second, every minute, ever so slightly, every night and after every long day.  Days that the warm flames of energy then begins to display increasing exhaustion. Exhaustion as it reluctantly begins to pull away and becomes quiet and cool from fatigue. Fatigue from always holding. Holding the bodies of the cold that emit sadness and dark. Darkness that creeps and spreads infecting the higher energy if it remains too long. Long difficult struggles for each, are now a creeping reality. Reality continues to flirt tirelessly with both parties as they sadly start to depart, although if you saw it, they each try so hard to hold on. Onward it goes with the steep fall of the lonely as they begin to freeze into the stillness of what feels like a giant black spinning hole. Whole is the aim as the warmer energy gently releases and reluctantly draws their arms from all others and then places them like a bandage around self. Selfless and warm, continuous sharing we clearly learn, results in intermittent timely loss and the essential inner need to replenish the burning soul. Souls must focus and reflect inward, and in time, shall spark to build another fire that whose flames radiate warmth again. Again, as if taking the steepest of muddy, stone paths,  the frozen and fallen will, in time and with given grace, climb once again with slow melting eyes, and go forward in search for warmer climate.  Time will steer and hope will map the mountain towards living and future fires.  Growth will be calmly maintained by new flickering light along the way, and then, when they near the summit, they then will become the arms that are ready and curved, holding tight for another.
